The American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY) is bringing back our annual fundraiser gala! Dine, drink, and dance the night away in your finest Western attire as we celebrate our achievements and support of Caregiving Youth. Proceeds from this special event will benefit AACY. Our organization supports, mentors, and provides resources to Palm Beach County middle and high school students who are caregivers for their loved ones. These students provide care for chronically ill, injured, disabled and/or elderly family members, all while balancing these responsibilities with their education, and often with jobs outside the home as well.
Fun will be an understatement when you ‘saddle up’ to benefit Caregiving Youth at our dazzling, Western-themed fundraising gala! We’ll have a special guest performer, Laura Angelini, on stage to kick off the evening alongside our special guest emcee, Frank McKinney. Get into the cowboy spirit with some mechanical bull-riding! Take a line dance lesson you’ll never forget to the sounds of some of your favorite contemporary and country music classics. Of course, all that excitement makes for a big appetite! You’ll also get to enjoy a banquet of scrumptious delights, including appetizers, prime-cut BBQ, and dessert. Wash that down with libations from our saloon, and while you’re at it, take a look at our Wine Wall auction, too. Mingle and dance with your fellow attendees, but don’t be too mischievous – the Sheriff might just lock you up in our jail! Your friends will have to bail you out – all for a great cause, of course!
