This Friday, during National Family Caregivers Month, Dr. Connie Siskowski, RN, PhD, President and Founder of the American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY), will join a panel of national experts for a free webinar exploring what it truly takes to care across generations.

Hosted by the Caregiver Action Network, the event, titled Plug-in to Care: The Intergenerational Balancing Act — Caring for Parents, Kids, and Yourself, will focus on practical strategies for managing the complex realities of the “sandwich generation.” Nearly 29 percent of caregivers provide support to both their children and aging parents, facing emotional, financial, and time pressures that few understand.

Panelists will share tools for maintaining balance, building resilience, and setting healthy boundaries while caring for others and oneself.
