We are pleased to announce that the American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY) is featured in the latest issue of Alzheimer’s TODAY, a publication of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) dedicated to caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related illnesses.

The article, titled “The Youngest Caregivers: AACY Provides a Safety Net,” includes an interview with AACY Founder Dr. Connie Siskowski and features the story of Charlie and A.J. Poole, two brothers who began caring for their grandmother with Alzheimer’s at ages 10 and 12.

We are grateful to AFA for recognizing Caregiving Youth and helping bring visibility to this often-overlooked population.
