Platinum (LOR V) $2,500: Includes sign on podium in dining area; table for materials distribution at event, 1 reserved tables for a total of 12 guests; event publicity; opportunity to speak from podium, and hyperlinks on www.aacy.org.
Gold (LOR IV) $1,500: Includes sponsor signs at check in; table for materials distribution, reserved table for 8 guests; recognition during program, and hyperlinks on www.aacy.org.
Silver (LOR III) $1,000: Includes table for materials distribution at event; event tickets for 6 guests; name on Sponsor Board by registration, and hyperlinks on www.aacy.org.
Bronze (LOR II) $500: Includes event tickets for 4 guests; name on Sponsor Board by registration, and name on www.aacy.org.
Copper (LOR I) $250: Includes event tickets for 2 guests; name on Sponsor Board by registration, and name on www.aacy.org.

Event Tickets - $35 in advance and $45 at the door.
CYP is a program of the American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY) that supports children who care for Family Members who are ill, injured, elderly or disabled.
The Level of Responsibility (LOR) represents the responsibility that caregiving youth have. It is based on the types of caregiving tasks they do and the time they spend doing them. We direct our resources to the children with Levels III – V. Typically at Level III, they spend ~ 20 hours/wk in caregiving and
they assist with at least one activity of daily living.
